Two Ways To Register, And They Work Differently
Fallsview Casino Resort registration is not just one button or one form. There are two separate tracks that sit side by side, and confusing them usually just burns time. One path is the Momentum loyalty program, which is the core account linked to the physical resort at 6380 Fallsview Blvd, Niagara Falls, Ontario. The other is casino credit, which runs as a financial application with supporting documents and a review window before we confirm anything. Both are handled through our official site at fallsviewcasinoresort.com or directly on-property with our teams.
The important piece up front: if you are dropping by for a weekend and mainly want to earn credit on dining, hotel, and regular casino play, Momentum is what you are looking for. Casino credit sits in a different bucket entirely and is not needed for basic visits.
Momentum Account: How It Actually Works
Momentum is our in-house rewards program. It is free to join - no enrollment fee, no yearly charge, nothing that needs to be renewed. Guests sign up at the Momentum Desk inside the resort, and staff issue the physical card right away. That card effectively becomes the account. It holds a number, a PIN, and once it is in your hand, you can create or access your online profile at fallsviewcasinoresort.com/login.html using either the card number or an email you add later.
If you are trying to handle things from home or from your hotel, our support line at 1-888-325-5788 runs daily from 7 AM to 1 AM. That is the number for PIN resets, lost or damaged cards, and general Momentum questions. We still open new registrations face to face at the Momentum Desk though - not over the phone.
Steps To Get Your Momentum Card
- Visit Fallsview Casino Resort at 6380 Fallsview Blvd, Niagara Falls, ON, L2G 7X5.
- Head inside and locate the Momentum Desk on the property.
- Bring valid government-issued photo ID that shows you are at least 19.
- Complete the enrollment form with help from the staff member on duty.
- Receive your physical Momentum card, along with your assigned card number and PIN.
- Go to fallsviewcasinoresort.com/login.html to set up your online account access.
- Log in using your card number and PIN, then add your email so future logins are simpler.
- View your points balance, Momentum Dollars, and your current tier level.
After this short sequence, your membership is active. From that point on, qualifying casino play, eligible dining, and resort spending begin adding to your Momentum balance when the card is used correctly.
Casino Credit: A Separate Process Entirely
Casino credit at Fallsview sits outside of the Momentum structure. It runs as a stand-alone application, is reviewed before any decision is made, and the queue is sorted partly based on when you plan to be on property. That last detail is quite practical - if you are arriving in about two weeks, putting that arrival date on the form helps us slot the review in time.
The documentation list is fairly specific and a bit more detailed than casual visitors expect. You will need government-issued photo ID, such as a driver’s license or passport, full banking information, employment details, income and wealth sources, a breakdown of current debts, and your written authorization so we can pull a credit report and conduct any required due diligence checks.
| Application Element | Details |
|---|---|
| Photo ID | Driver’s license or passport |
| Financial Information | Banking, employment, income and wealth sources |
| Indebtedness Disclosure | Required |
| Credit Report Authorization | Required |
| Status Inquiry Phone | 1-888-861-0888 |
| Prioritization Basis | Expected arrival date |
Once the form and documents are in, you can call 1-888-861-0888 to see where things stand. That phone line is dedicated to credit status only and is separate from the Momentum support line.
Casino Credit Application Steps
- Confirm you are at least 19 and not under any form of exclusion.
- Collect your photo ID along with relevant banking statements and employment records.
- Put together a short summary of income sources, wealth sources, and current indebtedness.
- Complete the casino credit application form provided through the resort channels.
- Submit the application together with all supporting documentation attached.
- Include your expected arrival date, since that detail affects how the review is prioritized.
- Call 1-888-861-0888 for a status check a little before your planned visit.
- Upon approval, your credit arrangements are finalized at the cage or finance desk on-property.
Win/Loss Request forms travel on a different route completely. These can be dropped with any Cage Cashier, sent by fax to (905) 353-6733, or mailed to Niagara Casinos, C/O Casino Finance, P.O. Box 300, Niagara Falls, Ontario, L2E 6T3.
Who Can Actually Register
Eligibility is grounded in Ontario rules. The minimum legal age is 19, without exception, and ID will be checked at the Momentum Desk as well as during the casino credit application process. Guests who are visibly intoxicated, covered by a court order that restricts access to casinos, or registered in a self-exclusion program are not allowed into gaming areas and cannot maintain active gaming accounts.
Self-exclusion is enforced both physically on-site and digitally through account systems. If an individual has enrolled in a self-exclusion program, the Momentum account tied directly to gaming activity is also affected. This remains true whether the exclusion is voluntary or imposed through a regulatory channel.
| Access Requirement | Condition |
|---|---|
| Minimum Age | 19 years |
| Valid ID | Required for Momentum and credit |
| Self-Excluded Individuals | Prohibited from gaming areas and accounts |
| Court-Ordered Restrictions | Enforced at property level |
| Intoxicated Persons | Denied entry to gaming areas |
| Jurisdiction | Ontario, Canada |
The resort operates under the Ontario Lottery and Gaming Corporation (OLG), which owns the facility as a provincial Crown agency. Since 2019, Mohegan Gaming and Entertainment has overseen day-to-day operations. Oversight for gaming regulation in Ontario, including standards applied at Fallsview, sits with the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).
